Reviews and Ratings
I had such a relaxing getaway at Costa Baja Resort. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and access to a marina that's perfect for all kinds of water activities. The rooms were nice, but I found the bathroom layout a bit awkward and lacking in space for toiletries. The pool area was tranquil and well-kept, allowing for a peaceful experience. Overall, it's a fantastic resort that really caters to both adventure seekers and those who just want to lounge and relax. However, slow service at breakfast was a downside, which was a bit frustrating.
I found the hotel to be quite nice on the outside, with a welcoming lobby and pleasant staff. However, our room faced the pool and was incredibly noisy due to construction and guests speaking outside. The manager's response to our early departure was less than ideal, which left a negative impression. If you’re not going for the beach or whale watching, this place might not be the best choice.
The hotel has a lovely exterior and welcoming lobby, but my experience was marred by excessive noise from the pool area. Although the staff offered assistance, the manager's response was less than ideal. The location is quite far from town and not exceptional, making it hard to recommend, especially if you're looking for a peaceful stay.
This resort is a slice of paradise with an amazing atmosphere and beautiful views of the turquoise ocean. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, but the dining experience could use improvement, especially for breakfast. The service is outstanding, with staff always eager to help. However, it's a little far from the town, requiring taxi rides for most outings.
I had a truly lovely stay at the hotel, which far exceeded my expectations. The spacious and comfortable room offered an amazing view and good facilities. While some aspects of the dining experience could be improved, the service and amenities were great overall. I felt safe, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. However, a few areas, like room service and the beach club, were a little underwhelming due to maintenance issues.
